Studios comic that had the awesome\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/hamilton-tim.pair.com\/CUTBLEED\/\">Tim Hamilton<\/a>\u00a0and I share the art duties.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/michelfiffe.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/CTHULHU_03.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7062\" src=\"http:\/\/michelfiffe.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/CTHULHU_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"639\" height=\"956\" srcset=\"https:\/\/michelfiffe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/CTHULHU_03.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/michelfiffe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/CTHULHU_03-201x300.jpg 201w, https:\/\/michelfiffe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/CTHULHU_03-768x1149.jpg 768w, https:\/\/michelfiffe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/CTHULHU_03-685x1024.jpg 685w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 639px) 100vw, 639px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The way we worked was very simliar to the old school Marvel Comics style: Tim pencilled a rough layout of the given page (think Sal Buscema) and then it was handed over to me.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7063\" src=\"http:\/\/michelfiffe.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/focpage14.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"477\" height=\"745\" srcset=\"https:\/\/michelfiffe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/focpage14.jpg 477w, https:\/\/michelfiffe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/focpage14-192x300.jpg 192w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 477px) 100vw, 477px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I then took it to lightbox and pencilled the basic nature of the layouts (think Jim Mooney). While staying faithful to the initial placement and flow of Tim&#8217;s layouts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/michelfiffe.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/foc_14.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7064\" src=\"http:\/\/michelfiffe.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/foc_14.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"639\" height=\"950\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The final version is now available at any comic book retailer. Twenty-two pages of this creepy epic AND you get to pick between two (that&#8217;s right, TWO) covers isn&#8217;t a bad deal whatsoever.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/michelfiffe.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/CTHULHU_06.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7065\" src=\"http:\/\/michelfiffe.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/CTHULHU_06.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"639\" height=\"955\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>All in all, it was a fast paced job that left little room for either one of us to shine, but a job is a job.
